No Affiliation. Case Checkr is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government agency or organization, including but not limited to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
No Legal Advice. Case Checkr does not provide legal advice or legal services. Information provided through the Service is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your place of residence, unless a specific jurisdiction is required by the app store or by mandatory law. Your local consumer rights may apply.
