1. Introduction

Welcome to DualCap ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the DualCap mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

DualCap offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("DualCap Pro") to unlock premium features.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charged: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the photos and videos you capture using DualCap. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to process it solely for the purpose of operating the App (e.g., saving it to your device). We are not liable for any content you create that may be illegal, offensive, or infringing on third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, nor use the App for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
