These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OMG (Offline Multipeer Games) application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
OMG is an offline local peer-to-peer multiplayer gaming application for iOS devices. It enables users to create local party lobbies and play classic strategy board games (such as Gomoku and Tic-Tac-Toe) across nearby devices over local Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections without requiring internet or cloud servers.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control.
OMG may offer optional optional voluntary tip jar in-app purchases ("Tip Boba", "Tip Coffee", "Tip Ramen") through Apple's App Store StoreKit 2 service. All financial transactions are processed exclusively by Apple. Returns and refunds are governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
OMG processes gameplay data strictly on your local device and between connected local peer devices. We do not collect or store personal data on remote servers. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.
The app, design assets, code, brand identity, and original functionality are and remain the exclusive property of Zhaonian Luan.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF LOCAL DISCONNECTIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
